Aaron Amar Bhamra (b. 1992, Vienna, Austria) is a visual artist and educator who teaches at the University of Applied Arts Vienna. He founded Laurenz Space in Vienna in 2020, an independent exhibition space dedicated to artistic experimentation and discourse. His practice responds to specific exhibition spaces through the strategic placement of reminders of previous exhibitions, such as photographs and objects, to draw attention to the layering of time, atmosphere and experience. His work explores how spaces are built through layers of artistic, cultural and temporal presence.
