The BOOM BOOM BEAT BAND is a 1960s rock ’n’ roll supergroup from Turin, the Italian Detroit. These four scene veterans have been playing all over Europe for more than 40 years. Their live sound combines well-known classic icons such as The Kinks, Small Faces, The Rolling Stones, The Who, and Chuck Berry with more obscure tracks by Them and The Animals, alongside Italian and Eurobeat influences such as Q65, The Motions, and Jacques Dutronc. Line-up: * Luca Re – frontman, also known for garage legends The Sick Rose (15+ LPs, produced by Dom Mariani and Ken Stringfellow) and for the Anglo-Italian band Il Senato (featuring Fay Hallam and Andy Lewis) * Lallo Magani – bass, producer, sound engineer, also a member of The Sick Rose and Il Senato * Davide Iannuzzi – guitar, also plays with I Picchelli (new EP coming soon on Onde Italiane) * Manfredi Beltramo – drums (youngest member, also plays with Seekers 70, EP on Onde Italiane) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUM-rUY_KU8
