On June 20, the Belgian-French @optimisticfestival collective takes over La Fabriek for a special Optimistic Club night, bringing its signature blend of discovery, celebration, and boundary-pushing sounds. For this Brussels edition, Optimistic brings together Belgian visual artist, musician and DJ @haroldlechien, whose eclectic selections move between R&B remixes, 90s breakbeats, club sounds, bass music and trip-hop; French afro-descendant DJ and multimedia artist @leawearsvnus, whose sets move through Jersey Club, Brazilian funk, vogue and Latin club sounds, always driven by connection, authenticity and pure energy; @paons.perdus (live), the Belgian-Swiss electro-pop trio whose theatrical universe transforms everyday absurdities into joyful, danceable fables filled with sharp satire and irresistible grooves; @saro_abdoul , a Brussels-based musician, sound and visual artist whose genre-fluid approach moves between electronica, experimental sounds, breakbeat, house and baile funk; and French multidisciplinary artist and DJ @violetawest , known for her colorful, genre-spanning sets exploring everything from rap and techno to dub, grime, breakbeat and jungle. A night of live music, club culture, discoveries and shared euphoria—just the way Optimistic likes it.
