The Recyclart courtyard opens its doors every Thursday during the Holidays with a pay-what-you-want entrance, offering concerts and good food. Tuvalu is more than a band, it’s a gang. Charlotte, Emy and Barbara met almost ten years ago. Today, Tuvalu is coming to an end, and on July 2nd we invite you to celebrate the love, friendship, and music we have shared over the years. It is said that this band's sound makes seeds sprout faster, makes jerks sweat, and helps baby birds digest their food. Fragments of everyday life and dreamlike visions are sung through a blend of post-punk and psych-pop. Shimmering keyboard oscillations intertwine with euphoric guitar riffs, sometimes interrupted by fierce, stumbling drums before settling back into a unifying and uplifting pop sound. Bandit Voyage has travelled the world with vinyl records in hand and microphones at their throats. Live shows are their everyday life, and they are afraid of almost nothing. A voice that stretches and expands, a bass that goes over the top, a drum machine that breaks down every Sunday. They love guitars and those who play them. Love songs, because in the end, nothing else really matters.
