Expat Cinema : Los Domingos

Seventeen-year-old Ainara is an intelligent and idealistic young woman who lost her mother at an early age. Like her devout mother and other family members, she attends a Christian school. Everyone around her expects her to go to university, yet she herself seems more drawn to a contemplative life as a nun. When Ainara tells her family she is considering entering a convent, it provokes mixed reactions. Does she truly want this, or is she being influenced by the spiritual guidance at her school?
