Culture discovery without the noise.
Scene Seeker is a Brussels based platform for finding music, cinema, visual art, performance and community events across the city.
Brussels is full of things to see, hear, join and support. But finding them still takes too much work. Events are scattered across stories, newsletters, posters, venue pages, algorithms and group chats. The smaller, stranger, more local things are often the easiest to miss.
Scene Seeker brings them together in one clearer place, so cultural discovery feels less like endless scrolling and more like finding your way through the city.

Some events are about more than a night out — a screening can start a conversation, a party can hold a community together, a workshop or talk can change how people see the city.
So we also highlight themes like climate, migration, queer life, anti-racism, inclusion, wellbeing and civic life — part of the city's culture, not a separate section.
Scene Seeker helps people find cultural life that is too often spread across posters, stories, newsletters, venue pages and word of mouth. For audiences, that means one place to explore what's on and find events beyond the usual algorithmic feed.
For organizers, artists, venues and collectives, it means a free way to make events discoverable. We make particular space for independent, emerging and under-represented scenes, whose work can be hardest to find through the biggest channels.
Events reach Scene Seeker through organizer submissions and public event listings. We bring that information together so audiences can browse across the city rather than chase separate calendars.
When details come from a public listing rather than a confirmed organizer, we say so and point people back to the organizer or source to confirm the latest information. Organizers can list events for free and claim their presence on Scene Seeker.
No placement on Scene Seeker is paid for. Nobody can buy a spot in a listing, in our picks or on any of our pages — ordering comes from the event data and our own editorial choices, and there is no advertising product to distort it. Where we can't confirm something, we leave it blank rather than guess: an event with no price shown is one we couldn't verify, never a free one.
Scene Seeker is a Brussels non-profit (ASBL). We're here to help the city's cultural scenes stay visible and healthy, and to make sure value flows back to the people and places that create the work.
We pay particular attention to independent and under-represented scenes, and to audiences the usual channels tend to miss.
SCENE SEEKER ASBL · Enterprise number BE 1038.907.216
Local artists, promoters, collectives, venues and communities deserve to be seen — as the people building the city's cultural life, not just as content moving through a feed.
Scene Seeker is built in Brussels, for the people who live and go out here. It's more than a listings page: somewhere events can be found, organizers can be seen, and the city's different scenes can cross paths.
Three ways in
Scene Seeker doesn't replace the city's cultural actors — it connects them. We bring together events from across Brussels, including official sources like visit.brussels, so the whole scene is discoverable in one place.
Independent culture loses to whoever can pay to be seen. We can't — no advertising, no paid placement, no budget for either. Being findable is the whole strategy.
If Scene Seeker is useful to you, telling Google you prefer it takes one tap and costs nothing. It nudges our events up when you search, and it's one of the few levers a small non-profit actually has.
