Adèle Viret Quartet

Driven by the compositions of cellist Adèle Viret (winner of the 2025 Victoires du Jazz in the ‘Revelation' category), the quartet weaves music of great instrumental lyricism and reveals a very special chemistry between its four musicians. Backed by a tight rhythm section (Wajdi Riahi on piano, Pierre Hurty on drums) and the gentle tones of Oscar Viret's trumpet, the group brings a breath of fresh air to European jazz. Following their warmly received debut album *Close to the Water*, they will release their second album, *Spirales*, on the Igloo Records label this autumn.
