Ballet, contemporary dance and floorwork workshop

Compagnie Narcisse invites you to enjoy a Sunday dedicated to dance, movement and connection in Brussels. Led by Luca Arrigoni, these workshops are open to adults and teenagers aged 15 and over, from complete beginners to experienced dancers. Participants can create their own programme by attending one, two or all three classes. Programme: • 1:30 pm: classical ballet – open level • 2:45 pm: contemporary dance – open level • 4:00 pm: floorwork – open level The classes focus on technique, posture, body awareness, musicality and presence in space, while exploring how the different dance disciplines complement one another. Teaching takes place in a friendly, dynamic and supportive atmosphere, allowing everyone to progress at their own pace.
