Carte Blanche to Wouter Van den Broeck - Organ quartet

Moving beyond the classic Hammond organ quartet tradition, this project explores a more contemporary approach to the format. Built around original compositions, the music focuses on colour, atmosphere and storytelling. The familiar sound of the Hammond quartet becomes a starting point for open-ended interplay and modern improvisation. A fresh perspective on a timeless jazz instrumentation, balancing tradition with a more adventurous musical language.
