Ten years after the release of his acclaimed debut album Lines, Charlie Cunningham returns to the record that introduced him to audiences around the world. The anniversary campaign begins with 'An Opening (With Strings)', a newly recorded interpretation captured at London's legendary RAK Studios. Reimagined with an intimate string arrangement by Amy Langley, and performed with The Night Orchestra, the new version offers a fresh perspective on one of the album's defining songs while preserving the quiet intensity that made Lines a modern classic. Reflecting on the project, Charlie says: “It marked the end of a certain period of my life and sent me on my way to everything that followed. It’s cathartic to breathe fresh life into these songs a decade later.” Alongside the new single, Charlie Cunningham announces a European tour, giving audiences the opportunity to experience Lines live a decade after its release. The tour follows the release of the anniversary album, Lines (10th Anniversary Edition), arriving on 27 January 2027, as Charlie celebrates the record that shaped his career with audiences across the continent.
