Court-Bouillon: A Selection of Short Films Curated in Prison

About this event

As part of the National Prison Days, the Evere Cultural Centre is hosting a screening of short films selected by a group of women detained at Haren Prison, following workshops led by La Vidéothèque Nomade, in partnership with ADEPPI. Throughout the Court-Bouillon workshops, participants discovered a range of short films from La Vidéothèque Nomade's collection. Film after film, they were invited to share their impressions, emotions, disagreements and favourites. These discussions led to a selection of films they chose to share with the public. Come and discover this selection and the perspectives that shaped it. After the screening, we invite you to continue the conversation over a friendly afternoon snack and a discussion with those who took part in the workshops and film selection. An opportunity to talk about cinema, share impressions and meet the people who took on the challenge of curating the programme. The screening is open to everyone. Registration is recommended.
