Founded in 2021, Ensemble Satellite stands out for its formidable precision, remarkable unity and instantly recognisable artistic voice. A rapidly rising ensemble, it has already earned acclaim for the collective strength of its playing and the clarity of its musical identity. A laureate of Supernova and Génération Classique 2025, Satellite is invited to perform at major festivals and venues across Belgium and Europe. The ensemble has taken part in masterclasses with the Kronos Quartet and violist and composer Garth Knox. It also studies under cellist and educator Guy Danel (Quatuor Danel). Satellite's concerts have been recorded by Klara and Concertzender radio, and the ensemble was interviewed on RadioPanik for the programme Flux Détendu. Satellite is also distinguished by its active commitment to normalising the presence of women composers in today's musical landscape. The ensemble is programmed by Jeunesses Musicales for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons with its project Speak and regularly collaborates with the non-profit organisation Chamber Music for Europe.
