LIVING LEGENDS Carte blanche to Éric D'Agostino Three living legends of Belgian jazz share the same stage for one evening: Bruno Castellucci on drums, whose sticks have backed some of the biggest names in jazz for decades; Paolo Loveri, a Belgian-Italian guitarist with a rare, unmistakable sound; and Pierre Vaiana, alto saxophone, founder of L'Âme des Poètes. Behind this gathering: double bassist Éric D'Agostino, to whom the Music Village has given carte blanche for this exceptional evening. On stage, the four musicians' compositions speak to one another, with no line drawn between generations. Worth noting: Bruno Castellucci is also making literary news this autumn with the release of his biography, Bruno Castellucci, itinéraire d'un sideman, written by Michel Mainil (Bossa Flor éditions).
