In this performance martiensgohome demonstrates the scoredinator, a computer program devised by the band during a residency at the Q-O2 workspace in Brussels in 2023. The program generates a graphic score for multiple musicians to follow, suggesting dynamics, entry points and pauses for each performer - both a game and a tool that reconciles conducting and improvisation. martiensgohome is a radio-art collective based in Brussels, active on the air since 1996, producing a weekly improvised show on Radio Campus 92.1 FM using field-recordings, electronics, objects and guitar. Their latest album, "scoredinator", was released earlier this year on the label Falt.
