Musea van Fermentatie
About this event
THE WAY OF THE BEDOUI – MUSEUM OF FERMENTATIONS Wat eten nomadische volkeren? English THE WAY OF THE BEDOUI – MUSEUM OF FERMENTATIONS What do nomadic peoples eat? What do long journeys, grazing lands, scorching suns and star-filled nights taste like? Take a seat on our nomadic carpet and share a cup of spiced tea. Together we will explore the culinary traditions of Palestine, Jordan and Oman, tracing the connections between Cretan xynochondros, Lebanese kishk, Turkish qurut and Palestinian jameed.
