DomestiCity is moving out of its beloved home in Laken this autumn, and throws a farewell neighbourhood party to close the chapter. Part of Rue du Champ de la Couronne is blocked off for the afternoon. The programme brings live music, free homemade food and street games, alongside two hands-on workshops: a textile "visible mending" session, and a woodworking table where visitors help build a bench that stays behind for the neighbourhood. DomestiCity is a socially engaged artist-run space that has opened the basement of its own house to neighbours, friends and passers-by for artistic and reflective gatherings. Free, outdoor and open to all ages.
