Passi is one of the pioneers of French rap. Having first come to prominence with Ministère A. M. E. R. and then Secteur Ä, he has enjoyed a string of successes with his solo albums, including *Les Tentations*, a record-breaking gold disc, as well as with the collective Bisso Na Bisso. An artist, producer and entrepreneur, he has helped launch the careers of many talented artists and has left a lasting mark on the French-speaking music scene through his influence and longevity. His latest project is the release of his sixth solo album, *Bande originale*, on 24 April 2026. This project celebrates a career spanning nearly 30 years by bringing together iconic figures and the new generation of French rap, confirming his role as a bridge between eras and his indispensable place in the musical landscape.
