Led by clarinettist Anton Kerkhof, Piment Oiseau is a quartet specialising in the music of New Orleans and the Caribbean. In search of forgotten gems and driven by an almost mystical respect for the tradition of hot jazz, this group of old-school jazz specialists invites you on a journey down the languid waters of the Mississippi, with the scent of Creole spices in your nostrils and original syncopated rhythms that get under your skin.
