Nashaz, a new cultural and artistic space in Brussels. A space that’s being shaped as inclusive haven for underrepresented voices especially from historically marginalized regions—to create, connect, and thrive together. We are a collective of people from diverse backgrounds, identities, and life journeys. What brings us together is a shared belief in the power of synergy between different struggles—queer, migrant, feminist, and beyond. We’ve joined forces to carve out a space where grief and creativity can co-exist, where our stories and experiences find room to breathe, be heard, and be celebrated. Nashaz is a call to all who feel out of tune with the world around them, to come contribute, create, and find harmony with us. To be Nashaz means to go out of tune, to break away from the expected. At Nashaz, we honor each of our dissonances and find our collective harmony, rhythm, and ways to embrace our differences. This is where we make room for each other, as we are.
