Established in 2006 as a non-profit, the Foundation studies, preserves and promotes the artistic legacy of Walter Leblanc, a leading figure in kinetic and optical art. Based in Brussels with a collection of over 500 works and archival items, it runs research projects, publications, a fellowship programme (since 2023) and exhibitions pairing Leblanc's work with contemporary artists.
