A performance by sommelier, artist and epicurean Eric Boschman exploring "The Taste of White" (Le goût du Blanc), presented at Le Baixu in the "En toute liberté" series. According to the ticket page, he starts from a dubious counterfeit and takes the audience on an unexpected journey. The show is about taste in a wider sense than wine or aromas: the taste that shapes our preferences, choices and culture.
