Lumson
About this event
LUMSON presents the results of an artistic research project by artist Aernoudt Jacobs, developed with iMAL, UHasselt/imo-imomec, FARI/ULB/VUB and De Hoge Rielen. It explores how inaudible frequencies become perceptible by connecting a luminous speaker foil with an AI component that translates hidden frequencies into vocal sounds. Installations, prototypes, workshop results and documentation; around 70 printed speakers made by around 40 people. On view 21.10–15.11.2026, Wed-Sun 11am–6pm.
